AIY is delighted to welcome Jessica Becker back to the West Country. Jessica is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher at the Senior Intermediate 1/level 3.   She is a member of IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists) and has taught Iyengar Yoga for 24 years in the Hudson Valley, New York.  Jessica works with methodical detail. Her classes are playful and challenging. She weaves the philosophical aspects of our practice to bring a deeper awareness of ourselves physically, mentally and psychologically. She is well practised in Iyengar Yoga therapy as an effective tool to help injuries and other conditions. She is currently studying with Corine Biria.

Suitable for anyone with 3+ years experience.

The theme is Pranayama and discussion of selected Patanjali Yoga Sutras. All teachers and trainees are welcome to attend. The day will form 5 of the required 10 Specialised Training hours.
