The workshop will be lead by Richard Ward who is a Level 3 teacher and mentor.

The theme is Pranayama and discussion of selected Patanjali Yoga Sutras. All teachers and trainees are welcome to attend. The day will form 5 of the required 10 Specialised Training hours.

An information pack will be sent to participants 14 days in advance of the workshop.
