Shaili is a Level 3 Iyengar Yoga teacher, mentor and assessor and is chair of the IY(UK) Mentors and Assessors Support Group. Her journey with Iyengar Yoga began at the age of ten in 1994 when she joined the children’s classes at the Iyengar Centre of Tehran in Iran. 

She studied and then trained to teach yoga in 2004 with Faeq Biria in France and qualified at Intermediate Senior 1 in 2018. Today Shaili teaches in Cambridge and online to a wide range of students where she finds teaching to be an extension of her learning.

Suitable for anyone with 3+ years experience.
