Jessica Becker is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher at the Senior Intermediate 1/level 3.   She is a member of IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists) and has taught Iyengar Yoga for 24 years in the Hudson Valley, New York.  Jessica works with methodical detail. Her classes are playful and challenging. She weaves the philosophical aspects of our practice to bring a deeper awareness of ourselves physically, mentally and psychologically. She is well practised in Iyengar Yoga therapy as an effective tool to help injuries and other conditions. She is currently studying with Corine Biria.

Cost:
