Erika is a Level 3 Iyengar Teacher from Budapest, Hungary. She first discovered yoga in London in 2002. Erika completed her initial teacher training in Dublin 2005 which was followed by further studies at the prestigious Iyengar institute of New York. She teaches in Ireland, Hungary and throughout Europe.

Since 2007, she has been teaching, organizing, interpreting, and assisting on National Iyengar Yoga Teacher Training programmes, and in recent years has regularly served as an assessor in various European countries.
